Having opened the first true helpdesk at Gaylord, I set the foundation for support services and lead the team to reduce time to resolution. Multiple roles were perfomed over the seven year stretch, including Data Center Manager, Manager of Desktop Support, Program Manager, and a host of individual responsibilities.Among many projects, we successfully opened two 2500 room hotel and convention centers with in room computers and using the latest operating systems for servers and computers at each site.
