Wade is the CEO of AscendLSAT and The LSAT Nerd, where he leads the tutoring and admissions advising teams and teaches group classes and workshops. Wade is also working on a variety of projects related to legal education, legal technology, and litigation in United States Federal Courts. Wade began his legal career as a term law clerk in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, after receiving his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in May 2016. While attending law school, Wade served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology, worked in the Appellate Advocacy Center’s Supreme Court Clinic, and performed Senior Research under the supervision of Professor James Pfander. During law school, Wade also served as a judicial extern, research assistant, teaching assistant, and national moot court team member. Wade received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Before attending law school, Wade worked for a public accounting firm in Minnesota.
