CurrentIn my position, I provide hands-on leadership and support to the executive leadership team, guiding the expansion of our organizational horizons from academia to corporate and enterprise clients. This transition requires a different level of services, and I play a key role in establishing go-to-market strategies, pricing, margins, and service level delivery. My responsibilities also encompass managing client renewals, growing our company offerings, and defining overall business metrics for revenue, client satisfaction, renewal rates, and expansion rates. I oversee eight direct reports within a global organization of 250+, assessing performance, identifying skill gaps, evaluating training needs, and providing enablement to improve productivity and efficiency.Key Achievements:📈 I've contributed significantly towards supporting $540 million in ARR by maintaining 99% renewal rates, increasing higher NPS scores, and driving higher expansion rates.
