High-Performance and motivated Information Technology leader focused on operational efficiency and productivity with a strong security mindset. While working in various leadership and technical roles, I have led the transition from legacy systems to modern replacements, developed new solutions from the ground up, taken the project lead role on countless projects, managed service teams on a daily basis, and managed operations and workflows across varying departments. One of the primary reasons I have been successful in my career is because of the professional relationships I have built with my staff, co-workers, fellow management, and community members. Strong relationships and the ability to work well with others is a major focus of mine. Having the ability to be open minded and objective while maintaining strong footing to protect the fundamental requirements of a successful IT department is key. My role is to facilitate operations, troubleshoot issues, find or create solutions to those issue, progress technology in an efficient and cost effective way, all while protecting the security of our infrastructure and data.
