Responsible for software development and all supporting technologies necessary to build, deploy and support the Addaero application. On the operations side, this includes the configuration and deployment of high availability servers in the cloud, establishing a micro-service architecture using Docker containers, continuous integration though the use of automated build and deployment tools, and regular server maintenance. The software engineering involves the integration of many technologies on both the server and front end. This includes a robust, relational SQL database that leverages stored procedures, triggers, and indexes to optimize performance and scalability. The middle-tier utilizes multiple java technologies and dependency injection frameworks. Additionally, the middle-tier was architected so that it could be utilized by multiple front-end technologies, and has a fully documented interface. The front end consists of a suite of applications that include mobile applications for iOS/Android, and web based applications built using a combination of AngularJS, Flex, HTML/Javascript, and a host of other tools and libraries.There are also several 3rd party API's that are directly integrated so that users can share data between their fitness devices and Addaero. This involves the use of oAuth, Restful web services, and vendor specific SDK's to capture data, parse it into a meaningful format, and link it to users. The API's integrated include, Garmin, Strava, Fitbit, and Withings.

Lead Developer on a project to build a line of health care related applications that support DaVita and it's partners. The applications included hosted EHR/EMR, and Lab Ordering to connect physician practices with DaVita's lab. The primary technologies being utilized include Adobe Flex, ColdFusion, Java, .NET and Oracle.

Developed a shopping cart using ColdFusion allowing users to create customized CDs and DVDs containing music, videos, and other media. The cart includes an admin module that allows content providers to manager the media they provide, and all other aspects of the cart. The cart integrates with several payment processors and a Java backend for order fulfillment and creating the customized content.
