In my role as Commercial Manager I take collective responsibility as part of the senior management team for the region, accountable for all commercial activity, the delivery of projects to site in a commercially acceptable state and delivery in line with customer and company commercial expectations and management systems. On projects I am accountable for all commercial requirements in respect of valuations, payments, cost monitoring and subcontractor procurement. I provide financial and commercial support to Project Managers. My role in supporting the wider business involves provision of all relevant information requirements of the Board and providing financial and commercial support to the Managing Director.
