WATER, IRRIGATION, DEEP WELLS, AND SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS.JOB DUTIES: • LONG TERM PLANNING TO ACHIEVE THE STRATEGIC GOALS OF THE COMPANY. • CLOSE WORK WITH THE CLIENT (MINISTRY OF INTERIOR) TO COOP WITH THEIR EXPECTATIONS IN ADDITION TO LOCAL AND GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES.• HIRING STRATEGY AND RESOURCE ALLOCATIONS, JOB DESCRIPTION, AND STAFF EVALUATION. • MANAGING AND MOTIVATING A TEAM OF 110 ENGINEERS AND INSPECTORS REGARDING DESIGN, MATERIALS, SUPERVISION, AND CLOSEOUT OF THE PROJECTS. • SCHEDULING DESIGN ACTIVITIES FOR ALL PROJECTS.• PARTICIPATING IN WEEKLY AND MONTHLY PROGRESS MEETINGS FOR THE PROGRAMS.• CODES AND STANDARDS UPDATES. • PARTICIPATING IN PREPARING CONSULTANCY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, RFPS FOR CLIENTS.• FINICAL AND COST ANALYSIS REPORTS AND FORECASTING. • FEED RISK MANAGER WITH KEY INFORMATION. • PREPARING PROCESS AND PROCEDURES FOR COMPLETING THE DESIGN WORK INCLUDING DESIGN MANAGEMENT PLAN QA/QC FORMS AND CHECKLIST FOR ALL MEP WORKS.• PERFORMING VALUE-ENGINEERING STUDIES FOR ALL MEP SYSTEM WITH THE OVERALL COST REDUCTION OF 5%.• SUBMITTALS APPROVAL, COST MONITOR AND CLAIMS REVIEW.• TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND TRAINING FOR COMPANY ENGINEERS AT SITES AND HEAD OFFICE. • COORDINATION DRAWINGS, LIFE, AND SAFETY REPORT. • APPROVING METHOD OF STATEMENT AND ITPS. • COLLECTING LESSONS LEARNED, FILLING AND SHARING FOR ALL MANAGEMENT LEVELS.
