 Draft and negotiate Arabic / English contracts for domestic and international transactions with an Oversee all litigation and claims involving the company and/or its affiliates with the goal of Minimizing liability and protecting the company’s legal rights. Regularly report to senior management & Directors regarding litigation and claims affecting thereal Counsel in ensuring compliance to minimize the company’s legal liability. Interact with colleagues in the field to investigate and resolve legal disputes. Responsible for timely corporate response to subpoenas and litigation and dispute matters. Act as a liaison between outside attorneys and in-house staff; coordinates activities of outside Litigation counsel. Provide training relating to litigation and risk avoidance and related issues. Develop and implement litigation and claims resolution strategies.  Initiate various legal actions on behalf of the company as directed. Attend meetings, mediations, arbitrations and court sessions as representative of the company. Safe keeping & custodian of all the legal documents / power of attorneys / contracts / all Important documents / JV agreements / Agency Agreements/ trade licenses. All legal support for the organization Bahari & Mazroei Group.
