Main tasks in projects: 1- Engineering Stage:Translate the documents of projects to be applicable SD to execute in site ..that is will be through several stages ....first stage ... through review design concepts with designer and review calculations according to client requirements abd specs..... second stage is shopdrawings productions according and materials selections after collect the quotations to achieve the best price...third stage ....to coordinate with other disciplines team to avoid clashs.....forth stage ...Procurement package Preparation and follow up the delivery. 2- Execution Stage:1. Site Preparation and Mobilization:Ensure all necessary permits and clearances specific to mechanical works are obtained.2- Oversee the installation of all mechanical Scope (plumbing System, HVAC system, and Firefighting System) and ensure alignment to the standards and Approved SD.3- Coordination with Other Disciplines to prevent any clashs.4- Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC):Inspect all mechanical installations to ensure compliance with shop drawings, material submittals, and project specifications.Document all test results and submit for client approval.5. Monitoring and Progress Tracking:Regularly update progress reports for mechanical works, including installation percentages, testing milestones, and commissioning status.6. Change Management:Address any design changes or unforeseen site issues affecting mechanical systems through RFIs or variation orders.Assess cost and time impacts of changes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.7. Testing, Commissioning, and Balancing (T&C):Perform system testing for HVAC (air balancing, pressure testing), plumbing (flow and leak testing), and fire fighting systems.8. Handover and Documentation:Prepare and submit as-built drawings, operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, and warranty documents specific to mechanical works.

Preparing design of firefighting systems from conceptualthrough detailed design and comply with SBC-201, SBC-801 and NFPA.•Test and commission of final project outcome deliverablesand submitted it to civil defense for approval.

Review the Shop drawing, Design and calculate the quantities of the project materials.Managing projects and preparing reports based on the bills of quantities.Managing budgets and project resources.Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery and complying with spec.Preparing as-built drawings

Preparing calculation documents for HVAC systems that comply with codes and standards which include Cooling load, Ventilation, Ducting, and piping size calculations as per codes and standards.Maintained project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities & resolving problems.Implement the site safety procedures to ensure a healthier work and zero-accident work environment.Applied and maintained company policy in line with company values to achieve the company's visions
