As an intern at Tekab Dev, I led the development of "Pro-recruiter," an AI-driven recruitment assistant tailored for startups. This innovative solution harnesses Python for fine-tuning and evaluation, Angular for the frontend, and HonoJS on Cloudflare Workers for the backend. Leveraging Hugging Face for model and dataset management, I used different methods of prompt engineering to optimize and approach encoder and encoder-decoder models for tasks including text classification, resume summarization, role suggestion, and chatbot interviewing. "Pro-recruiter" transforms recruitment with advanced AI techniques, ensuring startups build strong, dynamic teams essential for growth and innovation in today's competitive market.

During my internship, I focused on developing dynamic surveys and a chatbot to understand customer needs effectively. The project involved creating a versatile platform where clients could input company details such as employee count, mission statement, and industry focus. Using this data, along with customer-selected survey objectives like marketing enhancement, I implemented GPT models to generate tailored surveys by surveyjs. Additionally, I designed a chatbot that assisted in drafting survey questions based on client inputs, ensuring comprehensive data collection. This initiative culminated in automated PDF generation, streamlining the survey creation process and enhancing client engagement through personalized insights.
