CurrentManaging the activities and operations of the Finance Department including: Financial reporting Budgeting and Forecasting. Cash Management.Follow-up collection & managing cash and bank activities (loan & Banking facilities). Accounting Tax authorities. External auditor. Cash and accrual management Coordinate assigned activities with other departments and outside agencies.Departmental Responsibilities Assure the integrity of the General Ledger. Maintain account reconciliations. Perform the monthly and year-end closing process. Manage the company's credit and collection functions and policies. Manage cash receipt, cash application and cash deposit functions and policies. Manage the company's cash disbursement and payment functions and policies. Manage the company’s fixed assets purchases and disposal functions and polices. Monitor actual cost per unit. Manage, and monitor bank faculties, overdrafts, and interest rates. Manage relations with banks. Preparation of relevant financial reports for internal and external use. Analyze key financial ratios and issue trend reports. Liaison between company and external auditors (also tax consultant). Monitor preparation of sales tax reports, and other tax reports. Manage annual budgeting process and provide comparative reports to management.
