1)Managing and directing accounts staff to make sure they have sufficient motivation, training and performance of their functional responsibilities in accordance with the required standards.2) Assisting in developing action plans to enable the company to achieve its goals.3) To provide complete services in the field of accounting to the company, including the preparation budget financial reporting (balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows).4) To provide advice and guidance to managers and staff in matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of financial and accounting rules.5) Developing and preparing all other necessary controls and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements and the financial rules.6) Following up to the financial information system to ensure the provision of accurate information in a timely manner in order to make management decisions.7) Supervising the preparation of statistical revenues and financial analysis on a wide range of topics for using inside and outside the company.8) Preparing and following up on the financial reporting (balance sheet,income statement and statement of cash flows) their own records and to determine the optimal use of funds or the need to increase revenue.
