Company briefing BTS is ERP implementer and IT/Business consultation firm. The company having two business lines, the first business line is local ERP (AlMithali enterprise) and other vertical solutions designed and developed by BTS, the second business line is implementing Oracle JD Edwards. The company’ work scope cover mainly two parts 1- Software development and Implementation, they develop their own business applications + implement Oracle JDE ERP2- Business Consultation, Business Process Re-engineering, Business Process Improvement, ERP and/or related business applications selection/evaluation and Project Management. My Role 1- Manage team of business analysts, ensure deliver high quality requirements documentation 2- Accountable for operational excellence of all service delivery operations in line with the SLA3- Project Management for AlMithali enterprise’ customers4- Requirements gathering, gap analysis and functional design for new/exist customers 5- Support business development team, pre-sales activities, review technical and financial proposals, cross selling, review support contracts 6- Support HR activities and recruitment process 7- Member at steering committee for most Oracle JDE’ projects 8- Review and monitor projects performance, planned schedule versus actual, planned effort versus actual, planned delivery scope versus actual 9- Review and monitor financial results, revenue and cost per project, collection and cash management
