Responsibilities:• Manage Production and maintenance of asphalt and concrete mixers.• Operation of equipment and carrying out rotary and urgent maintenance.• Ensure industrial safety procedures during operations and production.• Manage the team and distribute tasks among them.• Maintenance of hydraulic pumps, gasoline and water.• Working on upgrading the efficiency of the operating equipment and following up the efficiency of its production.• Working in Sales Department in the company.• Monitor the quality to final approval by the Client.• Arrangement to material submittal for approval by the listed suppliers.Key Projects: • New Cairo Roads ,Future City and Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Road.

• Repair and maintain Mercedes-Benz Buses and Heavy Trucks.• Check using fault detection code device.

• Receive Customer Vehicles for Service and Repair Jobs and raise repair orders on Dealer Management Systems (DMS).• Understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders.• Provide detailed explanation on jobs to be carried out on vehicle.• Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost estimate and obtain approval from customers.• Advise customers on the required vital jobs.• Sell Value added Services, Service Contracts and accessories.• Make every effort to resolve customer complaints and ensure that the customer has positive ownership experience. • Regularly follow up with workshop controller and technicians on his vehicles and update customers on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.• Raise warranty approvals• Raise special orders for parts not available and follow up and keep customer informed.• Prepare Invoices on DMS and arrange for active delivery of vehicles.• Follow up on payments of credit customers and ensure collection within stipulated time.• Regularly monitor orders and ensure timely billing.• Conduct post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
