Sales Department with 75 employees and SR 763m turnover and SR 62.5m (8.1%) Net Profit.▪ Conceived and cascaded a completely new mission & vision statements and developed the Fleet & Govt. Sales Department values, strategies and business plan for the next 5 years.▪ Put back the company on-track and achieved significant (double digit) growth in Sales, Gross and Operating Profits despite the market decline and the higher G&A expenses resulted from the restructuring cost.▪ Sales increased by 31.7% YTD June 2017 vs last year, Gross Profit increased 19.3%.▪ Improved Gross Margin from 2.1% in 2015 to 7.8% in 2017.▪ Instilled clear accountability by developing with the executive team a Balanced Scorecard with KPIs to measure the Fleet & Govt. Sales and each function performance. Other Key Achievements:▪ Nissan Fleet market share upgraded from 5th position to 3rd position.▪ Generated 30 Key Account Customers and 110 Base Account Customers.▪ Credit Sales outstanding reduced from 311m to 180m.▪ Set, led and directed the implementation of the Fleet & Govt. Sales Department’s plans. The following key achievements were accomplished by the different functions in the organization:Finance:▪ Reduced in-house credit sales outstanding from 335m to 180m. Sales & Marketing:▪ Developed and implemented seasonal marketing plans and activities.HR:▪ Established a salary structure based on a salary survey conducted by Hay Group.▪ Developed sales incentive system based on sales targets, discount level and sales people assessment.
