Other Key Achievements:▪ Nissan Fleet market share upgraded from 5th position to 3rd position.▪ Generated 30 Key Account Customers and 110 Base Account Customers.▪ Credit Sales outstanding reduced from 311m to 180m.▪ Set, led and directed the implementation of the Fleet & Govt. Sales Department’s plans. The following key achievements were accomplished by the different functions in the organization:Finance:▪ Reduced in-house credit sales outstanding from 335m to 180m. Sales & Marketing:▪ Developed and implemented seasonal marketing plans and activities.HR:▪ Established a salary structure based on a salary survey conducted by Hay Group.▪ Developed sales incentive system based on sales targets, discount level and sales people assessment.
