• Work with sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.• Responsible for meetings technical preparations and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.• Coordinate requirements for Proof of Concepts and assists in building test lab for the different vendors' products.• Conduct first level presentations to customers through WebEx and/or on- site.• Responsible for full software implementation from installation to successful license activation through TeamViewer or on-site.• First point of receiving and solving customer claims.• Assign technical support claims to team members.• Follow up and escalate technical support claims from opening to closures.• Manage and configure the ticketing system of the Technical Support.• Report all issues on the ticketing system.• Generate the required reports periodically.• Conduct entry, intermediate and advanced level trainings and product orientation to business users and data analysts through WebEx or on-site sessions.• Assist business users and data analysts to build and customize complete business solutions from start to end based on their business needs and goals in order to achieve better business outcomes.• Responsible for the administration and security of internal servers and networks.• Manage and administrate the websites, domains and email servers.• Build, maintain and update the customer database.
