I was part of PrototAU Data Analysis and Telemetry team. PrototAU is a team from the University of Aberdeen that aims to compete in the Shell Eco-marathon. The team of engineering and business students are dedicated to design and manufacture an efficient Hydrogen-powered prototype vehicle. AS Business Analyst/Trainer, This position’s top priority is (1) to elicit, define and manage requirements and perform business analysis through the work with the Client’s analysts outside Iraq and local in-country stakeholders from the Iraqi Ministry of Health; (2) to train end-users in the various institutes in the countries of project execution. This requires:- Prepare and perform training of local staff (End Users), using materials and lesson plans.- Perform local staff skills assessment in order to identify proper sequence of the courses and any additional training required for the staff;- Prepare reports on the performed trainings; perform evaluation of trainees’ skills after the courses;- Participate in development of training course plans, outlines and materials for Disease Surveillance System special software;5) Analyze the feedback, gathered from the end-users. Define the requirements to the system modification based on the end-users’ comments and suggestions;- Elicit specific requirements to system references and reports through working with local in-country stakeholders;- Verify requirements through working with the Client’s analysts outside Iraq and local in-country stakeholders;- Analyze business processes; prepare Business Process Descriptions of the existing processes in accordance to existing templates;- Review and verify implemented software products to ensure compliance with the user needs and requirements;
