o Creation and development of the Cash Consortium of Yemen (4 partners, 14 million USD, funded by ECHO/OFDA).o Led the development of CCY strategy and donor engagement plan (2020-2025).o CCY lead on design and discussion of interoperability and harmonization between CCY partners, WFP, UNFPA, IOM, rapid response mechanism (RRM) Cluster, and social protection actors.o Led the CCY team in developing standardized tools, approaches, and procedures in cash transfer programming (CTP), including the harmonization of vulnerability criteria, transfer values, modalities of payment, assessments, and monitoring activities.o CCY representation with Middle East donors, CMWG, Clusters, Operations Center for Yemen (OpsCen), authorities across Yemen, and other relevant stakeholders.o Overall responsibility of all CCY partner subgrants across the country.o Direct management of 5 expatriate staff and 3 national staff across the different consortium departments.o Contribution to the development of proposals to secure follow-on or expansion funding for the CCY.o Capacity building and training for CCY partner staff.o Led the CCY team in research and analysis regarding the Yemen economic situation, currency exchange rates, remittance, CVA, and market studies.o Contributions to publications in collaboration with CMWG, CCY partners, and other stakeholders.

Yemen

o Led regular sub-national meetings, along with co-lead (OCHA) for 22 partners.o Supported in the development and contributed to the implementation of CMWG strategy, sector standards, tools, and best practices in CTP.o Provided technical solutions remotely and on-site, for strategic planning and how to best apply standards and best practices.o Delivered capacity strengthening initiatives in CTP for staff and partners through helping develop learning and training strategies and agendas/curriculums and conducting trainings/workshops.o Collected and analyzed partner program data, shared lessons learned and best practices to the CWMG partners.o Coordinated the collaboration of partners on joint assessments, planning, targeting and monitoring on surge missions.o Coordinated the MPCA rapid response mechanism in the Southern governorates of Yemen during escalations of fighting.o Supported and coordinated collective negotiations with service providers for effective cash and voucher program delivery.o CMWG representative on the sub-national Area Humanitarian Country Team (AHCT).o CMWG representative on the sub-national Inter Cluster Working Group (ICWG).

o DRC representation on various platforms and with authorities across the country.o DEVCO consortium FSL/CASH Technical Working Group lead (5 organizations, 21 million Euros).o Direct implementation of all DRC emergency responses across the country (ECHO, UNHCR, DANIDA, DEVCO, OFDA, OCHA, UNCIEF, WFP, UNFPA, Log cluster, own funds).o Budget allocation and follow up for all the Emergency department across country (34 million USD).o Responsible for overall management of all DRC RRM, Prepositioning, MPCA, and GFD responses in Yemen.o Direct Management of 3 Emergency Specialists and indirect management of 127 staff across the different emergency responses.o Contribution to the development of proposals to secure follow on or expansion funding for the project portfolio as per identified needs.o DRC Yemen Incident Management Team member (IMT).o DRC representative on the Operation center for Yemen (OpsCen).o Led in creation and design of Cash Consortium of Yemen.o Retained all previous responsibilities and roles from the Cash and Markets Manager.o Acting Chief of Party – Cash Consortium of Yemen (December 2019 – May 2020).

o Designing and conducting market assessments and analysis.o Designing and technical oversight of cash transfer programming across multiple sectors.o Designed and rolled out the new cash country SOPs.o DEVCO consortium FSL/CASH technical working group lead (5 organizations, 21 million Euros)o Direct management of the DEVCO consortium resilience project in Shabwa (12 Staff, 3.2 million Euros), indirect management of all Cash based programming staff across country.o Direct implementation of all cash targets for DRC across the country (ECHO, UNHCR, DANIDA, DEVCO, OFDA, OCHA, UNCIEF).o Audits to cash distributions in order to make sure that the distributions are properly documented and meeting technical quality, accountability, and protection standards.o Technical oversight for all cash interventions in DRC Yemen.o Coordinating with stakeholders (INGOs, local NGOs, and authorities).o Internal and external qualitative and analytical reporting including monthly, quarterly and annual narrative reports.o Contribution to the development of proposals to secure follow on or expansion funding for the project portfolio as per identified needs. o Acting Area Manager North (March 2019 till June 2019).

Iraq- Tikrit

o Supervise and guide all programs/grants under DRC intervention in Salah El-Din. This includes relations with Donors, coordination office, and follow-up of day to day work in the office. The office includes WASH, Cash & Distribution, Protection, Child Protection, Shelter, CCCM, Early Recovery, and support departments.o Direct manager of 7 international staff, and 86 national staff in total.o Budget allocation and follow up for Tikrit office (15 million dollars) (OFDA, ECHO, DFID, DANIDA, Own funds).o Oversight of all logistical, communication, program, and admin related issues for the Tikrit office.o Contribution to the development of new proposals, and the country strategy.o Focal point for all governmental relationships and communication concerning the governorate of Salah El Din.o DRC OFDA grant focal point for all of Iraq (18-million-dollar grant).o Co-lead for the Salah El-Din inter-coordination working group.o Expat and national staff follow up (contracts, performance review, leaves).o Acting Cash and Distribution Project Manager (from August 2017 till May 2018).

Iraq - Tikrit

o Budget follow-up, coordination and supervision of all distribution operations (NFI, Winterization, and MPCA) targeting 12,000 HHs (OFDA, ECHO, DFID, DANIDA, Own funds) for a total amount of 8,000,000 USD.o Team management (1 Team leader,1 field officer, 6 distribution assistants, and 1 information management officer)o Internal and external qualitative and analytical reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual narrative reports. o Developed multiple proposals to secure follow on or expansion of funding for the cash and distribution portfolio.o Contributed to the process of refining data collection, monitoring, and reporting tools, and to the harmonization of distribution methodologies and tools across the country. o Chair of Cash Working Group in Salah El-Din and represented DRC in all relevant working groups in Salah El Din.o Ensuring effective coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders and partners -NGOs, civil society organizations, community groups, and government counterparts.o Prepared regular and timely updates and reports for Head of Office and other colleagues as needed.
