Participate in the design and development process of new products and be responsible for formulating technical solutions and design standards to ensure that products meet customer needs. Conduct engineering design and analysis, including CAD modeling, simulation analysis, performance evaluation, etc. Design and execute technical test and verification programs to evaluate product performance, reliability and safety. Analyze test results, identify and solve problems, and ensure products meet technical standards and regulatory requirements. Work closely with other engineers and teams to solve complex technical problems and promote teamwork and knowledge sharing. Cultivate and mentor young engineers, share experience and technical knowledge, and improve the technical level of the entire team.
