Project Controls Manager
Current- Cooperation with Development and Procurement departments to assist in the development of initial project cost estimates and timelines.
- Provide financial projections and forecasts and participate in the preparation of monthly progress reports.
- Review invoices and recommend for approval for payment. Participate in the closing out of the contracts, including preparation of Final Payment and SFA.
- Monitor project costs versus budget, report deviations and give suggestion for solving issues.
- Prepare budget and cash flow forecasts for procurement packages in coordination with Contracts Manager and Design Manager.
- Reconcile approved invoices with Finance records periodically.
