• Cooperation with Development and Procurement departments to assist in the development of initial project cost estimates and timelines.• Provide financial projections and forecasts and participate in the preparation of monthly progress reports.• Review invoices and recommend for approval for payment. Participate in the closing out of the contracts, including preparation of Final Payment and SFA.• Monitor project costs versus budget, report deviations and give suggestion for solving issues.• Prepare budget and cash flow forecasts for procurement packages in coordination with Contracts Manager and Design Manager.• Reconcile approved invoices with Finance records periodically.• Monitor trends and potential changes and forecast their potential impact on project cost and schedule.• Review and analysis claims and recommend for approval/rejection with reasons.• Review Change Requests, Variation orders and make recommendations.• Participate in project commercial meetings, including claims and variation order review meeting.• Monitor, assess, and report the performance of the Project management consultant commercial staff.• Review of Tender Document and assist in preparation of password protect BOQ.• Implement Controls policies & procedures.• Maintain & Update Master Program.• Preparation, Enhancement & Update the Management Reports that Interface management between construction packages and other external stakeholders.• Manage the Consultants & PMCM's. Validate their recommendations on Programme’s, EOT & Planning Reports.• Co-ordinate between all functional departments. Provide Planning support to all related departments to ensure consistent planning service/performance• Standardization of Planning Procedures & Reports.• Maintain and update Cost and Planning data.• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.• Preparation, Enhancement & Update the Management Reports.

• Review progress meeting reports and attend them with contractor & Owner.• Develop the detailed programme of works and prepare the submission package as specified in the Contract and revise this programme during construction as required.• Coordinate with the Site Planning Engineers in order to develop and monitor one month look ahead programme in accordance with company internal procedures Review updates on project and make accurate analysis from theseupdates.• Review & Supmit follow-up reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).• Coordinate with the other departments to ensure that the policies of the company achieved.• Monitor the progress of the Project and discuss with the Project Manager/Construction Manager corrective measures as necessary
