Assist the finance manger in Preparing all the financial statements and year-end financial reports.Leads the month-end close process, including posting all journal entries, maintaining detailed general ledger (GL) schedules, and reconciling key accounts, prepare monthly consolidation Recording monthly journal entries and completing posting process.  Recording day to day financial transactions including sales, purchases, cash receipts and expenses.  Analyze financial information & Summarize financial status .  Follow up accounts payable and accounts Receivable and following up on due payments and Resolve financial discrepancies .  Monitor daily cash and mange petty cash payments .  Prepare and review monthly payrolls.  Review promotions items and Review daily sales reports.  Match purchase order with invoicesPrepares client invoices and track and manage A/R aging and collections

Areas of responsibilities includes, Checking daily sales and collection and ensure that it is entered in the system. Sending statement to customer and following up for the receivable based on credit terms as per company policy. Preparing monthly sales commission. Managing accounts Payable process. Preparing transfer and cheque payment to local and Foreign Suppliers  Process aging report based on credit policies. Handling of petty cash, making cash payments Oversee all payments and deposits. Ensure that all daily cash balances matched what was recorded in the system  Managed cash register and create daily cash and cheque Report. Reconciliation of bank, vendor and customer accounts. Ensuring regular receipts and payments correctly entered into the accounting system.  Assist in maintaining spreadsheets for daily cash flow Keeping Track on Daily Bank movement to ensure the availability of funds  Follow up vehicle insurance and informing concern department for renewal.  Running depreciation, prepaid expenses recurring JV in month closing

- Accounts receivable: Day to Day rent & collection of key money.- Accounting Systems used: Creative Solutions for Accounting Real Estate.- Updates receivables by totaling the unpaid rental.- Maintains a complete check to avoid discrepancies.- Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deduction procedures.
