- Managed the CKD manufacturing operations in Egypt along with all the project stages using the Mercedes-Benz Plant in Egypt. - Primarily responsible for the project management & production launching of MG750 with two different variants already launched and sold out with quality approval from the mother company SAIC motor to be released into the Egyptian market. - Mapped out the project master schedule, and all the action plans. - Responsible for the deliverables (machinery, procurements, financial, sales & marketing plans, human resources, training, and production trial plan)- Effectively negotiated with the local suppliers to achieve the assigned localization percentage (50%), therefore meeting the governmental approval for the project. - Estimates each part’s budget plan, required investments, and material resources necessary for localization. - Streamlined the manufacturing process and quality assessments to meet the demanded quality level as per the agreement with the mother company. - Developed the procurement procedure among overseas/local suppliers whilst strictly focusing on the lead time to keep the stock on the agreed levels. - Handled all procurement agreements, alongside production and technical assistance agreements to ensure that the operation process for manufacturing is efficient and clear to run.- Devised all production processes manually and worked with my team to do all the updates for the BOM.- Carried out all the trials to ensure process and manpower were well distributed over the production lines. - Scrutinized the production process against any quality feedback (either through internal audit or feedback from the after-sales department).- Laid out the production plan (yearly, monthly, daily) concurrent with the sales plan to meet our customers’ needs putting seasonality into consideration.

- Supervised the project management & production launching of a Chinese brand SUV model using Chrysler plant facilities in Egypt. - Accomplished the project within the time planned and stuck to the planned budget. - Made full use of the current Chrysler facilities and avoided relying on customized facilities for our model.- Assisted the local suppliers to meet a direct localization ratio of parts supply for more than 35% of the car value meeting the governmental approval for the project and in total 50 % including the in-house manufacturing process- Ensured that all parts and the product as a whole passed the validation and durability tests.

- Served as pivotal in attaining the sales plan with a demonstrated 10% increase compared to the previous year’s sales figures (company target). - Minimized stock turnover from 55 million SR to 35 million SR. - Responsible for the supply chain across the entire KSA, Lebanon, and the Gulf. - Mapped the production plan for all 200 different SKUs achieving the sales forecast, and actual orders, and efficiently utilizing the production facilities. - Stellar follow-up of the actual-against-planned on an hourly basis daily and prepared a recovery plan in case of any staggering.- Demonstrated abilities in issuing the annual financial budget (on a monthly basis) to serve the production plan utilizing all plant capacity and manpower. - Devised the BOM for each different SKU and defined all the parameters for stock control for raw materials. - Contributed to minimizing the stock in hand as much as possible to increase stock turnover. - Instructed the logistics plan in such a manner that it takes the shortest routes for minimum cost – serving all the KSA and Gulf areas. - Maintained transportation agreements after selecting the best transportation services. - Ensured the efficiency of all procedures required to monitor stock parameters for transactions (min/max and shelf life) and provided alarms accordingly.

- Supervised the operations of the plant to achieve a rate of car production every 15 minutes and renovation of all the plant’s equipment.- Assisting all local suppliers in development to meet NISSAN Motors’ quality standards and Production Control Standards.- In charge of total management of product development and local/foreign Purchasing for SUV, Sedan & Pickup Models. - Steered the renovation for all the production lines’ machinery to increase the capacity as well as added new machinery for the new model.- Conducted verification tests to ascertain that the parts comply with the international standard required. - Successfully handled the purchasing of all the company’s (including production) local resources as per the predefined procedure of approval and BP (the budget plan of each department) - Handled all the purchasing orders, supplier selection, supplier evaluation, and contractual terms, as well as delivery, stock, reception, and finally appointing the payment.

- Played a vital role in establishing the production control and SCM management system in the company as well as implemented the ERP system efficiently. - In charge of total management of controlling the production operations of MAN Trucks, Buses, and Trailers as well as managing the foreign & local purchasing for the Plant operation.

- Instrumentally involved in the preparation stage of building the plant’s trial and launching period, while establishing production control & SCM system for the whole plant.- Distinction of overseeing the production operations among different production models like NISSAN (Pickup Models), BMW (5 Series Sedan Models), and FIAT (Sedan models).
