Maintain and control the General Ledger accounts, posting all financial transactions into the accounting system.Responsible for preparing variuos Financial Reports.Analyze business operations, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations to project future events and provide advice to General Manager.Cash monitoring, bank accounts monthly reconciliation to support company's financial obligations.Approval of payment requests for sub-contractors to ensure the accuracy of accounts.Supervision of monthly payroll.Other accounting duties as assigned.

Responsible for planning and implementation of new business software (Accounting & Retail).Support and develop expanding plans by providing business insight.Budgeting and forecasting for new stores and capital expenditure.Prepare and record daily revenue, expenses, liability and assets entries.Prepare financial information and summarize financial status for reviewing and recommendations to drive profitability.Assists retail operations as assigned.Business systems administrator and basic IT technical support.

Prepare the monthly target split review and communicate the monthly target across the sales team.Issue daily reports to track and summarize sales KPIs progress.Responsible for recording customers and sales team incentives.Issue daily stock reports to the sales team.Build a monthly branch/channel sales performance reports covering all KPIs.Prepare Region Business Review every Quarter. Communicate any ad-hoc reports and drill down analysis that would serve sales performance.

Create and deliver accurate and timely standard Point-of-Sale reports for designated area(s) of responsibility on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Assists with managing the sales, inventory by working jointly with departmental teams to support stock forecasting/demand planning.Work closely with Bookstores Director to review retail actual performance vs targets.Retail Reporting Helpdesk, delivery of insight and ad-hoc reporting as required.

Record daily transactions in accounting software.Receive and logging supplier invoices.Maintain accounts payable files.Prepare bank deposits.Perform bank reconciliation.Prepare tax return.Communicate and cooperate with public accountant.

Working with all areas of tax accounting and bookkeeping.Assists conducting the final review of clients financial statements.Other duties as assigned.
