Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering, State engineer in industrial design and production, quality management and metrology option, Research assistant in Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH), Course instructor in the Mechanical Engineering Department, and permanent member of the EMAN Aerospace group.Recently, I defended my doctoral thesis in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec - Canada, in the field of vibroacoustics, noise and vibration control.Over time, I learned that nothing is difficult, it just takes patience and above all perseverance.With my family, I learned that without them, we lose our origin.With people, I learned that we are not perfect, we have faults as we have qualities.As a dynamic and motivated person, my main challenges today are: - Focus on quality more than quantity - Excel in my research projects, and find solutions for scientific problems - Share my expertise as much as possible - Teach and train using effective agile techniques - Helping my students grow with core values - Improve collaboration and efficiency in my teams - Build on feedback for my ongoing personal developmentListening to your needs, looking forward to discussing, Wafaa.El
