Corporate & Leadership Development | Took the lead on establishing the Corporate and Leadership Development Unit to align corporate learning efforts and moving actively towards the Learning Organization status bringing focus to Leadership Development. Successfully Led the project of designing and implementing the organization's Leadership Model and the Leadership Development Program for emerging leaders. In addition to different initiatives with a focus on effective attraction, selection and development of the Leadership forces at different levels.Co-designed and led the implementation of Daman Leadership Development Program. 9-months program targeting newly appointed managers and focusing on realizing the corporate leadership model and values. The program included leadership training sessions, experiential workshops, on the job assignments/projects, supported by group and individual coaching sessions.
