As well as rolling out different L&D initiatives and programs that support the overall growth and objectives of the businessWorks independently as an executive coach and HR consultant, also works as an associate for several leadership development consultancies such as (Propel, Cubiks, Mentis). Projects/Assignments so far included: Coaching experienced professionals as part of a different Development Program, Coaching young Emirati starters as part of a Management Trainee Program, Assessing for selection and development as part of different assessment/development centres for prominent government, semi-government and private organizations such as (ADNOC, ADSG, DoE, FAB, MOCAF, MOFA, DIB, DCT,DWTC).
