I am a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Macau. My primary responsibility is to perform complex local and cross-border tax advisory assignments, including but not limited to Macau Tax Due Diligence, tax structuring, tax consulting, etc in addition to the normal Macau Complementary (Corporate) Tax and Macau Professional (Individual) Tax compliance services for multinational and local clients. Furthermore, I have been involved in performing audit procedures on current tax and deferred tax to ensure the reasonableness of the audit reports. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers Macau, I was a Tax Advisor at Daryl B. Fick & Associates, a local professional accountancy corporation that provides services in tax preparation focusing on entrepreneurs and real estate professionals, tax and professional planning to protect assets, tax audit defense, and tax resolution in the United States. My primary responsibility was to perform complex tax preparation and tax planning by analyzing accounting records and tax documents supplied by clients. I was also responsible to communicate with the United States Internal Revenue Service (US IRS) and the California Franchise Tax Board (CA FTB) to resolve client's notices.In addition to my work experiences, I received my Master of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of San Diego in January 2017.
