I am currently an adjunct instructor in the Public Safety Division of Northcentral Technical College. I instruct in the law enforcement academy (primarily Emergency Vehicle Operations and Vehicle Contacts) as well as in-service related training for law enforcement officers.I also am a Master Instructor-Trainer for Criminal Justice-Instructor Development (mandatory pre-requisite for Wisconsin Department of Justice-Bureau of Training and Standards tactical instructor courses), Emergency Vehicle Operation and Control (E.V.O.C.), and Vehicle Contacts Instructor Courses. I conduct these courses periodically throughout each calendar year.I also periodically provide instruction in Marine Investigations (scene investigation as well as underwater search, recovery, and evidence processing).

I am currently a Lieutenant in the Court Security Unit (C.S.U.) of the Marathon County Sheriff's Office. I was previously assigned to the Patrol Division as a shift commander. My primary Military Occupational Specialty (M.O.S.) was Field Radio Communications; however, I had secondary M.O.S.'s of Motor Transport and Career Planner. I was cross trained as an artillery/naval gunfire forward observer, recruiter aide, and communications wireman. I served in artillery, infantry, military police, and communications units.
