I have worked as Product Owner in a SQUAD, responsible to develop a pricing system for a big company in the Real Estate Development and Urban Land Subdivisions segments. On this task my main responsability have been to balance the needs of three different groups of people: The Product Sponsor, The Development Team and The System Users. While helping this three groups to align and to be satisfied, by finding the intersection between their needs, I have described the product features that are developed in each Sprint for fullfilling the users desires and generating business value to the Product Sponsor. Since I've arrived to the project I've studied and implemented techniques like User Story Mapping and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) that have helped to create shared understanding with the client (users) and to improve the communication assertiveness with the development team, this have helped to create the right features for the product.

I have worked giving management support to all company`s departments.
