This was my second time working at HT, I already had a lot of experience in IT, project management and production process. At this time I worked in several departments, improving the efficiency of processes and practical workflow. By internal evaluations and listening to customer feedback, we were able to improve the company's operation as a hole.I was always that person they called when a creative solution was needed, applicable fast and efficiently.The workflow of the company consisted of importing parts and peripherals and integrating computers for different applications. The sale of products took place on its own website and marketplaces, with delivery throughout Brazil.As the director is Taiwanese, I had the opportunity for a work trip and training in China, I visited several large factories to study their means of production and set up a production line following these standards at the Brazilian's plant.During this experience I learned a lot about sales in marketplaces, customer satisfaction/experience and process improvement. I can only thank the highly qualified team I worked with, the friends I made, and the company's managers and directors who are good and ethical people.

At the time the company's business was import and distribution supplies and computer peripherals for large national distributors.I was also in charge of creating and supervising the R&D sector (research and development), carrying out and implementing projects to improve the company's processes, reducing costs and increasing productivity and quality, also acting as an internal IT consultant, pointing out efficient alternatives and improvements in various sectors.This was a great learning experience in my career, the company where I did my TCC and had the opportunity to apply and test the results. Starting as an intern and moving up to the supervisor post. Have you ever gone through that moment when at 18yo your dream was to sail around the world?Dive, swim and observe marine life ?So why not start your career as an eco tourist vessel pilot?It so happens that my family had a boating business and that's how at 18 I got my sailor's license, even before my driver's license.I can say that it was at least an unusual start for a young professional's career.I still didn't have many aspirations and focus on the long term, For the time I worked piloting passenger boats through rivers, lakes and coast.During this period I had contact with many people from different countries and I learned a lot from the daily coexistence, I can say that it is a job that does not have a day like the other, the fluid nature of the water, the climate added to a group of different people, makes each day of work to be completely different from the previous one.During this period I learned a lot about how to serve customers with excellence, talk about various subjects, calm people who are afraid of being in danger, because they don't know how to swim.I learned about safety and the preservation of life at sea, both from the people on the boat and the marine species we visited. It was also during this period that I learned to speak English as well as several courses in nautic, firefighting and lifesaving.And even though I took a different path in my career, I still haven't given up on buying another boat and sailing around the world one day!
