Drove constant improvements in Safety, Quality, Productivity and Customer satisfaction by managing the performance of Project Managers, Supervisors and the in/-external fitter base. Co-developed and deployed projects such as Safety Reporting Tool, Transactional Customer Surveys, Delivery Operations Operating Model, Performance Management and others. Introduced IFRS16 reporting for progressive revenue recognition with regular pre-post project margin reviews. Enhanced Project Management competences with PM training programs to improve Customer loyalty, Sales forecasting, project margins and professional risk management. Launched the Corporate Quality Function with its Organisation and Operating Model across all Business Functions, geographical areas and country teams. Chaired monthly Quality & Environmental Board Meetings with Senior Management. Drove Product and Process Quality improvements with significant reductions in failure rates and Costs of Poor Quality. Management responsible for corporate-wide OneISO 9001 & 14001 management system. Developed Quality competences, methods and tools for continuous quality improvement including Lean SixSigma.

Responsible for the entire global direct material spend, contract owner and lead negotiator for the main global strategic partners. Reorganized the global Sourcing teams by introducing a Category Sourcing concept based on global cross-functional teams. Identified and realized significant annual cost savings through reduction of global supplier base, merging the supply base across business lines and increasing the share of low cost country sourcing in close collaboration with Supplier Quality Management. Implemented Supplier Relationship Management including segmentation, governance and regular Supplier Risk Assessment. Assessed and enhanced Sourcing competences and professionalism of our global teams.
