Schneider Electric has a 170+ year legacy of innovation, international scope, and corporate responsibility.Responsible for developing Tableau dashboards in Finance South America using SQL and Tableau Prep to prepare the data and connecting several types of data sources such as SQL databases, Redshift, Excel and flat files.Due to positive results in South America, I was invited to create some Global Tableau projects in the company.I also had opportunity to coach Brazil Finance team related to the usage of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep for their development as well as data management.

I worked as support level 2, treating tickets that weren't solved by Service Desk for national and international projects using some tools as SQL database for troubleshooting and monitoring the integration process through Web Services or File Integration, our team is responsible to training service desk team and give some external training about how to use the software developed by the company, we also in charge about the process for the best support as creating and updating the knowledge base for any projects, I also worked as BES and BAS Administrator (Blackberry Server).INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCETraining support team (Service Desk) during a month in Dallas/TX in the period from Nov/2010 to Dec/2010, provide training related to internal tools using, knowledge base creation, introduced the products developed by the company as a whole and specific of the project, during the month we had tested new software versions deployed to fix some critical issues and some issues about device that were treat directly with the manufacture.
