Provides support to our Gallagher branches nationwide for sponsored client-facing applications to include Ease, BenefitHub, HR360, SharePoint, and others. Triages, tracks, and resolves issues to determine if there are needs for additional training, technology, or functionality and determine the best way to solve. Work with vendor partners to inform broker/consultants on new functionality available in sponsored solutions and continuously engage offices in promoting the value of our Gallagher partnerships. Completes training for supported solutions through live webinars with new brokers/consultants, and merger partners.

My responsibilities included overall account management and support both in and out of the office, conducting client and employee meetings, establishing and maintaining client relationships and provide a high level of technical client service. I built relationships with insurance carriers and stop loss partners which in turn provide superior products for clients at the most competitive price possible. I also oversaw the operations for the Davenport AJG office including compliance as well as supervising the account management staff.
