In charge of sales of food division, managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation´s presence throught Brazil.Direct sales and business development functions, including new products rollouts, key account management, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, in order fulfillment. Manage P&L and budget responsibilities. Conduct cross functional team training, coaching and mentoring. Lead district sales supervisors located throughout South and Southwest Brazil.Implement and adjust various sales plans, with focus on building distribution channel and fostering demand.
