- Over seven years of experience as a clinician and higher education teaching- Experience managing multiple chronic and acute medical conditions as a tertiary care provider in critical and emergency care facilities.- Experience collaborating with specialists in intensive care, pulmonology, cardiology, and neurology, developing an evidence-based and individualized care plan for patients. - Experience in managing mechanical ventilation and rehabilitation in post-operative cardiac and severely lung-injured patients.- Experience in clinical research in the acute care setting.- Experience in teaching clinical competencies to future physical therapy professionals and mentoring physical therapy residents in a multidisciplinary intensive care program.- Member of the Brazilian Association of Cardiorespiratory and Intensive Care Physical Therapy (ASSOBRAFIR).
