I would get an email from Order Management and I would create customer accounts so they could get up and running on Connect. As my first corporate job, it was a great learning opportunity and taught me the value of hustle, curiosity, and willingness to learn and grow. After that, I managed Golden Master and Electronic Software delivery release for Adobe product launches such as Adobe Creative Suite 3.3, 4, Acrobat 10, and LiveCycle. I used to joke that I had the most important job at Adobe because if I didn't send files to the right place, we would have no launch! I had to really tap into my attention to detail, time management, communication skills to make sure each new product tested and released to the appropriate domestic or international vendor for replication and distribution.Handle upkeep of third party hosting site for Adobe’s product deliverables which included adding new SKUs, aesthetic appeal for Licensing customers and vendors, uploading intellectual property files, and UAT.Key role in developing and testing AVL5, Adobe’s Licensing deliverables program, which caters to high volume government, educational and commercial customers.Work with internal and external partners to manage the electronic and physical delivery of OEM products to customers such as Dell, Apple, and Sony. Deliverables must be compliant with internal traffic team as well as government rules and regulations. Each order occurs often under extreme time constraints.
