Current- Implemented new case management software firm wide.
- Created departmental policies and procedures for more efficient and effective workflows to help produce positive results all while keeping accuracy in mind.
- Provide workflow solutions to other departments when difficult and/or complex situations arise.
- Provide sole support to Managing Partner’s cases, firm’s business items, projects, and various unrelated business ventures.
- Client/Attorney liaison and main point of contact with clients, insurance companies, health providers, and opposing counsel.
- Case Preparation:o Obtain and maintain information from multiple health and insurance providers.o Assist clients in obtaining and maintaining correct medical treatment.
