SUMMARY OF BUSINESS EXPERIENCEWorked in division orders at CNX, Eclipse Resources and Chevron where my performance was excellent based on my supervisor and peer reviews. Worked for PDC Energy where my performance resulted in a promotion after 1 ½ years and was partly responsible for process improvements including cutting 5+ days off the closing process during a 200% growth period over 3 years. At Confluence, job responsibilities were expanded from processing A/P to managing 4 summer interns and 2 A/P clerks, rewriting A/P policies and procedures and completing a major $1 million annual capital expense plan. Experiences include working from being an entry-level clerk to an A/P supervisor and moved to an E&P accountant, operating on the same levels as other first line managers. Functioning as a Director at Henderson State University (HSU), it was exciting to establish a Fall Career Fair, increasing foot traffic, creating an internet presence, establishing an assessment program and almost doubling employer participation. Working in operations where multitasking and doing "whatever it takes" to complete projects has been the key to my success. Specialties: oil & gas, division orders, accountant, accruals, ADP, A/P, benefits administration, billing systems, budgeting, business law, business management, business writing, cash flow, closing, computer hardware, general ledger, inventory management, letters, litigation, mfg pro, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Oracle, payroll processing, PeopleSoft, personnel, Quickbooks, reports, research, sales, spreadsheets.
