- Oversees and manages the IT departmental budget ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Assists in the strategic planning and coordination of departmental meetings, activities, and communications.
- Supports the management of RAIDD issues in Jira, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Attends meetings to capture detailed notes and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure timely closure of all items.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with the implementation of program policies and practices.
