Key responsibilities: • Ensure smooth flow of inbound. outbound cargo handling among hubs at round the clock. (Cargo Receiving, Storing, Observations, Loading, Trucking & hand over) and QC support operations, as per client SOP, monitoring & Implementing performance efficacy. Improving Services -internal & external. Team development to support growth.• Implement several Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the department to deliver the logistics and supply chain solutions according to customers’ requirement. • Monitor the performance of a team of 6 members dedicated for various customers and follow up with them regularly to ensure customers’ requirements as per SOP. • Monitoring daily cargo receiving and stuffing status and update clients accordingly. Following up vessel connection for the shipment of designated client. Tracking and tracing basic shipments or products. • Preparing basic reports timely, Optimist cost, queries, ops information, and workflow. • Communicate with customers or their agents, vendors, Warehouse Management, Carrier Management for smooth daily Operations.
