Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of storage system engineers in West Africa. I specifically oversaw the day-to-day presales activities across the region and ensured every system engineer was delivering as expected by the management.In addition to the leadership role, I also directly managed a number of key enterprise accounts across the region - Telco, FSI, Oil & Gas, and Public sector. As a seasoned presales engineer, I worked closely with sales managers and customers to gather requirements, understand their environment and propose the right solutions.

This role focused more on promoting and marketing Symantec storage and security solutions in Sub-sahara Africa. I worked with partners across the region to qualifty and quantify opportunities for Symantec solutions.
