I am a mid-career professional working in the disaster science and management sector. My interest lies at the intersection of Earth observation and subsurface investigation. Piloting drones started as a hobby, and I developed a keen interest in their usability in hazard, vulnerability, and risk assessment, as well as quantifying the risk to human habitat. Also, being a computer game enthusiast, I was fascinated by computer-generated 3D environments. Channeling that fascination, I have been involved in creating 3D models for visualization and assessment of hazards and their potential impacts. Assessing hazards also demands an understanding of subsurface composition. To address that, I have hands-on experience with geophysical tools such as Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Seismic Refraction, and Electric Resistivity Tomography (ERT), among others. My strengths include proficiency in software such as ArcGIS Pro, Pix4D Mapper, and AgiSoft Metashape. I am also ready for research on topics such as climate change, mountain hydrology, etc,
