Process Engineer
Current· Participate in Daily OME meetings and discuss the daily routine activities, · Daily routine parameters checking by using PI system and do optimization if required, · Issue Trip or Trouble report against any Trouble at plant, · Investigate the trip report from process point of view and provide recommendations for rectification, · Prepare conceptual design for new modification, · Issue Management of change (MOC) for any modification, · Issue Engineering work Request (EWR) for detail design belongs to MOC, · Review the design packages prepared by design section (CAPEX,OPEX), · Establish Standard operating procedure (SOP) constituting all possible scenario, · Establish critical operating procedure (COP) constituting all possible scenario for critical parameters, · Establish Emergency Shedding plan to counter emergency situation, · Member of JSA, PSSR, Risk assessment, Deviation form. · Conduct kick off meeting with contractors/vendors, · Finalize the scope of work for contractors and consultants. · Prepare datasheets for equipments, · Conduct emergency conversation by observing daily parameters · Manage documents such as P&IDs, PFDs, MSDs, HMB, UFDs, LDT, SIS data sheets from EDMS, · Prepare hydraulics for line sizing and pumps selection purpose, · Prepare simulation for pant to observe changes on parameters by changing specific parameters, · Conduct HAZOP and SIL to analyze the changes affect on plat parameters, · Manage material stock which should be available during T&I or shutdown, Areas:1. Steam Generation 3 boilers HP 150 ton & 49 bar, MP 110 ton & 20 bar, LP 100 ton & 6.5 bar,2. Compressors 3 Comp 12000 m3/hr at 8 bar3. De-min water system 3 mixed bed 54 m3/hr at 5bar4. Sea water intake 10 Pumps 35000 m3/hr at 6 bar5. Fire water system 8 Pumps 4600 m3/hr at 13.5 Bar6. Potable water system 6 Pumps 1000 m3/hr at 7 bar7- About 100 tanks and related pump houses.
