My journey in the legal world began in 2009 when I had the privilege of working alongside Mr. Nisar Ahmed as an Associate Advocate. During this period, I successfully fulfilled the roles of both an Associate Lawyer and a Legal Assistant, demonstrating my versatility and commitment to excellence. Additionally, I also handled administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations within the legal firm.Key Responsibilities:• Appear before Courts to proceed criminal and civil matters in courts. Prepares drafts of Petitions, Civil, Criminal and Family law matters. • Proceed Court matters. • Maintain financial records.• Maintain dairies of cases fixed before courts.• Prepare weekly cause list of cases fixed before courts.• Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees• Answering and directing phone calls and emails• Managing and maintaining schedules and calendars• Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments• Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations• Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages• Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment• Assisting with event planning and coordination• Recording and maintaining meeting minutes• Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion• Providing general administrative support to the team• Managing office inventory and storage• Performing data entry and record-keeping tasks• Liaising with other departments and external stakeholders• Assisting with project management and tracking• Conducting research and gathering information as needed• Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and off boarding• Helping with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks• Managing and updating company databases and systems• Assisting with proofreading and editing documents• Handling petty cash and expense reports• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
