Review project documents such as estimates & BOQ, design drawings,specifications, proposals and contracts of electrical systems. Responsible for makingschedules, managing staff, delegating tasks to team members, monitoring costs andmaterial flow, allocating time and resources, developing budget and overseeing thefull scope of electrical construction and maintenance projects to ensure work iscompleted on time meeting high standards following safety guideline.

Lead the project under the direct supervision of the Project Manager. Prioritize andcoordinate project site activities with respect to site preparation, installation, andcommissioning for its timely completion. Support Project Manager in cost control,document control and quality control activities and execute projects within allottedbudget and timelines. Reviews design documents and give input for constructionplanning. Ensure compliance with Quality and EHS standards for all projects.

Assist and work with the Construction project management team to develop andmaintain project schedules, budgeting, estimating, submittals, RFIs, change orders,material releases and expediting, and other field supervision support,administrative duties as needed, quality control/assurance as contract documentsrequire, maintain safety related documentation as needed and perform additionalassignments as required by the needs of the company or as directed by executives.

Work closely with electrical team within the organization, develop a good all round knowledge of the organization and industry, maintain or quickly restore supplies of electricity in the event of loss of supply systems, carry out fault finding, investigation, repairs and modifications to the conveyance and supply systems to ensure reliability of all equipment.

Report to chief operating officer H-O Islamabad, In-charge of Zonal Office Bannu, responsible for all daily activities such as administration and management. Operation and maintenance of 200KV distribution transformer, 20KVA UPS and 40KVA cummins diesel generator set and electronic equipment too for smooth radio transmission. Maintain accounts and petty cash as well.
