ASCOM.ITMajor Responsibilities included:• Responsible for the smooth functioning of ASCOM.it• Responsible for the smooth conduct of English Language and information Technology classes.• Manage all educational, administrative and HR affairs of the organization• Plan and implement marketing strategies.• Regular meetings with governmental institutions to assess their training needs and offer them ASCOM.it facilities.• Monitor execution of different training programs run under “Pakistan Computer Bureau”, “Punjab Information Technology Board”, “Askari Commercial Enterprise” and conduct exams of ICAP. • Maintain liaison with leading Management and IT institutes/bodies (like CISCO Inc.USA) in the industry.• Advise the staff on all important issues.• Devising policies and implementing those in true spirits.• Supervise/Finalize recruitment and selection process• Conduct performance appraisal of staff members• Analyse staff training needs, also plan and implement required training• Oversee staff adherence to the rules and regulations of the institution.• Approve recommendations for staff promotion, tenure and salary raise

Major Responsibilities included:• Systematize and sustain a healthy, safe and nurturing academic environment focusing on students’ development.• Oversee and control the entire admission process.• Upgrading the curriculum (if required) and implementing time table.• Managing all faculty members and administrative staff through Vice Principal office.• Regular counseling of staff and keep them motivated.• Ensure smooth running of the classes and academic programs.• Supervise HR affairs of the college which includes staff induction, training, appraisal and retention• Ensure maintenance and smooth functioning of all the equipment• Conducting regular staff meetings.• Oversee the marketing activities for admissions through marketing• Oversee the quality program to ensure the highest standard• Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions for errant staff• Close coordination with the Federal Board of Examination and universities for meeting registration, admission and examination criteria.
