Construction of 380KV OHTL from Duba Sub Station to Madain Sub Station.• Implementation of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards in construction of 380KV /132 KV OHTL• Monitoring the all construction activities of Substation and OHTL• Reviewing and managing the contractor’s progress report on a weekly basis.• Reviewing and approving of contractor’s payment requests and issue payment certificates as appropriate.• Scheduling and chairing site progress meetings• Assures safety of work especially at heights.• To keep vigilance and Ensure, Quality of work at Site.• Review of material submittals• Review Design and Drawings and issue approval of materials as per SEC Standards• Maintain daily / weekly / monthly progress reports• Interact with contractor for pre & post work activities• To visit the site periodically to verify and check on going works, quality, progress, problems or conflicts and adherence to contract documents.• Testing and commissioning of OHTL• Carryout the Inspection for request (RFI) Submitted by the contractor
