- Designed telematic control for power generating plant using Modbus RTU protocol and IoT paradigms - Designed and prototyped MCU-based cyber-physical anti-theft alarm system to curb vehicle burgle- Designed custom sensor network of disparate 5 ultrasonic and 4 capacitive level transmitters as well as 4 power generating sets and developed logic for inter-operation- Incorporated all sorts of sensors, modules and actuators into cars and trucks to extend the scope of vehicle telematics and tracking - Troubleshooted and resolved 40+ intricate technical problems- On-boarded and trained 5 research and development engineers

- Designed IoT-based ATG system which is currently being deployed to petrochemical companies, oil depots, and gas stations.- Designed and developed intelligent oil spill prevention alarm system which was deployed to CITA petroleum, Lagos.- Integrated multitude of DAQs, RTUs and software system to achieve real-time remote observation & monitoring (O&M) and control of industrial plants via the internet.

- Familiar with 4 brands of PLCs: AB, Mitsubishi, Siemens and Omron- Developed PLC software in environments such as RS Logic 500, Simatic manager, GX developer and CX programmer for Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens and Omron respectively.- Executed automated control for systems and process such as conveyor and level control, automatic mixing system, 3-tank system, bottling, sliding gate, etc. - Used PDMS to create complex 3D models involving cable tray, piping, equipment, structure and HVAC with due respect to data consistency.
