Edible Arrangements is a U.S. based franchising business that specializes in fresh fruit arrangements, combining the concept of a fruit basket with designs inspired by flower arrangement. Edible has 1200+ franchise stores across US, Canada and Middle East.I was working as Associate Project Manager and involved in the following:I was managing their product Store Management Software (SMS) used by franchise store employees for sales and reporting. I was also part of Go App and Cloud POS solution which is available on App Store and distributed as Custom Apple Enterprise App.I was responsible for delivering project needs on time and within the agreed acceptance criteria in a hybrid methodology environment as they attempted to transition to an Agile Methodology.Some of the projects were following scrum while other Kanban flow. I was also responsible to reported progress to all stakeholders through Sprint Burn-Down Reports, Iteration Burn-Down Reports, and velocity target updates.I wrote User Stories based on the requirements gathered from all the stake holders.I organised and facilitated Agile and Scrum meetings, which included Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums or Standups, Sprint Check-In, Sprint Review & Retrospective.In addition, I also co-ordinated with systems partners to finalize designs and formalize requirements as needed based on the length of the backlog and priorities.

I was member of development team and developed an Android mobile application FooBoo. The application was an outsourcing glossary to be shared on social networking websites for a client and responsible for all development cycles of the application.
