And 376 underground parking spaces, 28 office units with over 76,000m2 of rentable space. Doha mall - Operation, maintenance, Fit-out and repair of only super-regional mall in the Southern part of Doha is built on a plot of 125,000m2 with a total of 270,000m2 built up area to produce around 100,000m2 of gross leasable area (GLA). Doha Mall comprises a combination of targeted Retailers over three levels, serviced with over 3,500 parking spaces. Strategically located in Abu Hamour. Q-Jet - Operation, maintenance, and repair of the Q-Jet (Woqod) Airside. Where looking for all HVAC systems operational maintenance for Control building, Substation building, Lab Building, MCC building, Workshop Building, and operation Building. Flik Cinema- Operation maintenance and repair of the flik cinema in Mirqab mall and Lagoona mall where mirqab having with 8 nos. of theater and Lagoona with 6 cinema including platinum.

Qatar Petroleum: To maintain and replace all the HVAC equipment located at Dukhan Fields. We are responsible for maintaining more than 1460 HVAC assets in Dukhan Fields, in Qatar, an area measuring approximately 65 km long, containing over 700 oil-gas-and water injection wells, and over 4,000 km of pipelines. The contract with Qatar Petroleum is valid for an initial five years.

 Qatar Steel project: Installation of 11 no. Water-cooled Chillers (120Tr to 360 Tr). FCU-260 no, FAHU’s-13 no. PACU-12 no, And 18th CHWP including piping, duct, Electricals, testing, and commissioning. Q-Chem Project: This project is the up-gradation of their present HVAC system (Chiller 60TR to 250TR) for around 7 plant building. The expansion consists of installation, erection & commissioning of Chillers and FAHU for each building.  Qatar Media Corporation (Project): There is a replacement & Commissioning of 59nos.AHU 3-way valve, 75nos. FCU 2 Way Valve, 18nos. Chilled Water Pump. Exxon Mobile (AL Wassail Tower) Project: Modification of Chilled Waterline and installation of 3 nos. AHU with BMS system and commissioning for the server room. Aziziya Place (Sheikh Al Thani) Project: there is a replacement of 14 no of package A/C with ducting for the prince house and office at Doha and testing and commissioning of all equipment and electrical.

 Saudi Aramco: This project is world largest gas to liquid transmission project. It is owned by Aramco and Saudi petroleum. We are handling one part of the project it is Office of Udhaliliya compound.  Sceco: This project is Saudi largest Electricity power plant. This project is the up gradation of their present HVAC system for around 9 plants building in Dammam and 12 transformers building in Hafar-Al-Batein. The expansion consists of installation, erection & commissioning of each building.  Ministry of defence: This project ministry of defence largest building in Hafer-Al-Batein (KSA). There is installation of 3 new chillier plant of 360TR each including piping Ducting, AHU, FCU and Pumps.  MOH-Ministry of health at Al Dammam (KSA) having G+ 4 plans. Installation and Commissioning of Central HVAC system, Fire Fighting system and plumbing works. Girls Institute (Vocational Training Centre) -It’s Training centre (Girls Collage) Located at Al Haasa City Project consisted of 4 Air-cooled chillier of 375 TR each, 19 Air Handling Units with duct, 10 Fan Coil Units and 31 Exhaust Fans.  Club House (Ministry of Defence)-with 3 Desert Coolers of 3HP and 40 split A/C. Installation and Commissioning. Vocational Training Centre for (Mechanical & Electrical Workshop)-with 20 Roof Type Package Units of 15 Tr with Duct. Installation and Commissioning. Personal president Villa’s-with 10 Ducted Split Units of 5 Tr & Package Units of 20 Tr with duct. Installation and Commissioning.
