QualiWare develops and markets software for the Business Management System. As PM I helped implement BMSs with focus on Processes, IT and Organization. The projects were very complex and the work gave me a broad experience in the field as QualiWare had customers both in the Industry as well as in the Public Sector. As PM I communicated with different level of staff and I worked with both national as well as international customers.In my daily work I translated the customers’ business requirements into system requirements. I held workshops, produced roadmaps and discussed the development issues with the developers. Did user training, delivered the results to governance and set up SLA for system support.At QualiWare I developed an excellent understanding in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Modeling and Governance Risk & Compliance, including ISO 9001 and 14001.
